On-Call Healthcare, Inc. Evolved from marketing research that showed hospitals case mix fluctuates. Due to budget constraints, hospitals are keeping their nursing employment numbers based on case mix as opposed to staffing up during high census and staffing down during low census. Facilities are finding out that it is more economical to staff with agency nurses to handle times of peak census/case mix. This eliminates the additional cost of training, benefits, sick leaves, vacation, payroll matches, etc. On-Call Healthcare, Inc. has access to qualified license practical nurses, nursing assistants and phlebotomists and is continually recruiting nurses based on demands.

To provide the highest quality RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Phlebotomists for a short and/or long-term commitment. Call us whenever you need medical personnel for days, nights, weekends, holidays or vacations. Phone lines are open 24 hours a day through call forwarding when business is closed.

RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Phlebotomists registered with On-Call Healthcare, Inc. are:
1. Licensed – Nursing boards quarterly is monitored for current license.
2. CPR certified.
3. Immunization up to date – TB and hepatitis immunization.
4. Full Identification – Presents social security, driver license, background checks are verified.
5. References are check.
6. Completed Application form.
7. Uniforms- Standard Whites, transfer belt, and nametag.

Homecare Services
  We provide non-medical caregivers for senior citizens and disabled individuals. Our services include daily, temporary, 24-hour, 7-day care and 24 hour back up care for our caregivers.
Our caregivers are carefully screened and bonded. We will match according to personalities and needs.
Services May Include:

$19 per hour weekdays, $21 per hour weekends, 4 hr min.

Level of Care determines rates
ALL HOLIDAYS WILL BE BILLED AT DOUBLE RATE. Holidays begin at 11:00 pm the preceding day and continue until 11:00pm the day of the holiday.
AFFECTED HOLIDAYS INCLUDE:
New Years Eve, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Easter, Memorial Day and Independence Day
